3.1 One Account Per Person

4.2 Deposit Conditions

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Suspension & Termination
12.1 Termination by Player

Before closure, any remaining balance will be paid to your verified withdrawal method, subject to the conditions in Section 5. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
12.2 Termination by 689ph

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through 689ph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting 689ph customer support with a written description of the dispute. 689ph will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days of receipt. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or proceed through the Philippine court system.
14 Amendments to These Terms
689ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
